RentRivals isn't only about rent and real estate. At the end of every round, the whole table drops into a quick head-to-head minigame — and the winner banks a $20 in-game bonus before play resumes. They're all pure skill, they last just a few seconds, and there are more than twenty in the rotation, so you rarely see the same one twice.

How minigames work
When a round ends, every player — human or CPU — plays the same minigame at the same time and submits a score. Highest score takes the $20; ties split it. CPU rivals play at a skill level that matches their difficulty, so a quick hand really can out-earn a slow one. Don't want minigames in your match? They're an optional toggle in the menu, off by default for private rooms that just want the board.

🏀 Buzzer Beater — a hoop slides side to side; shoot the instant it hits center. Most baskets in 8 seconds.
📸 Freeze Frame — your sprinter accelerates on their own; press once to stop them right on the finish line.
⚾ Batter Up — six pitches at different speeds; swing exactly as the ball crosses the plate.
🌵 High Noon — five duels; draw only on the real signal — twitches are fake-outs, and drawing early costs you.
🏊 Steady Strokes — tap each time the marker crosses the green zone for a faster swim; most metres wins.
🛹 Rooftop Runner — your runner sprints automatically; jump each rooftop gap and go as far as you can.
🎂 Stack the Flat — drop each sliding floor onto your stack; overhang gets sliced off. Tallest tower wins.
🔥 Skip the Sizzle — jump the flaming rope as it sweeps under you — and it keeps speeding up.
Hold your nerve
🐠 Ring Diver — hold to swim up, release to sink; steer through the middle of each drifting ring.
😴 Snooze Patrol — creep forward while the guard sleeps, freeze the instant he stirs. Reach the door fastest.
🧨 Hold the Hot One — hold each bomb to bank points, but release before its hidden fuse blows. Three bombs.
💥 Short Fuse — four bombs, four burning fuses; click the one with the longest fuse before any explode.

🗿 Tower Toppler — mash to raise your towers; most left standing after 10 seconds wins.
🎈 Housing Bubble — mash to stomp your balloon flat; 60 stomps does it, fastest wins.
Aim, grab & puzzle
💰 Conveyor Cash — grab the coins and gems rolling past, never the bombs. Most money in 12 seconds.
🦙 Claw & Order — drop the sweeping claw over prizes; three grabs, highest total value wins.
👮 Peek-a-Crook — doors flip open showing faces; tap only the wanted one. Three correct, fastest time.
✏️ Blueprint Draft — trace the dotted line from start to finish; highest accuracy wins.
🧩 Swap Meet — swap tiles two at a time to recreate the picture; solve it first.
💣 Demolition Day — drop falling block pairs and match three or more colors to clear them for points.
🎰 Reel Steady — stop each spinning reel in turn; line up matching symbols for the biggest payout.
