A tower-stacking timing game — land each floor clean or lose width.
Floors slide across the top one at a time, faster with each one. You press to drop each floor onto your growing stack, and any part that overhangs the floor below gets sliced off — so a sloppy drop narrows your platform and makes the next one harder.
One button to DROP each floor — the on-screen button or space bar. Time the drop to when the sliding floor lines up over your stack.
You're scored on tower height — how many floors you stack before a miss ends it. Since overhang is trimmed away, clean drops keep your platform wide and let you keep going. Tallest tower wins.
When you play Stack the Flat between rounds or in the Arcade, the computer players compete at the difficulty set for your match — from Rookie up to Ace. Easier bots make loose, mistimed plays you can beat with basic execution, while the hardest bots play tight and consistent, so you'll need clean timing to out-score them. In a live game it's the humans who usually decide the round, so a calm, practiced run is your edge.
Stack the Flat is one of the quick minigames that fires between rounds of a RentRivals match — the whole table plays the same game at once, and the winner banks a $20 in-game bonus that can fund the next big purchase. You can also practice Stack the Flat any time, solo against three CPUs, in the Minigame Arcade from the main menu — no board, no room, no stakes.
Any overhang is sliced off each drop. Landing floors slightly early and centered keeps the platform wide so you can stack higher.
Yes — the floors slide faster with every level, so your timing has to get sharper the taller your tower gets.
